Indigo Tree Team Event – May 2023

In May, we brought the whole team together at our Tring office for a 2 day team-building event – some of our team are remotely based so this was a great opportunity to get together, collaborate and come up with creative solutions to real business challenges. We also had lots of fun along the way and it was a real boost for the team as a whole.

For the project phase of the event, we split into two working teams ‘Oak’ and ‘Aspen’, and focussed on developing innovative solutions for real business challenges, set by our MD Louise, this culminated in a team presentation to our ‘internal client’ at the end of the week. The main aim of the projects was to design ways in which we could improve our services to clients, whilst also offering all team members the chance to share ideas and collaborate.

Away from the office, we had a great night out and an opportunity to test our aiming skills at Battle Archery – this is where we witnessed a surprisingly competitive side to some of our team!

Feedback from the team showed that everyone really enjoyed getting to know each other better and taking a break from the day to day. We can’t wait for the next one!
