Support Team Lead
As Support Team Lead, Sam manages our client support desk and is responsible for leading the team to ensure we deliver the best customer service for our clients – he enjoys driving quality improvements across everything we do.
With over 10 years experience of working in a digital agency environment, Sam has supported many sites; fixing issues, making updates and suggesting improvements. Outside work, he enjoys watching a variety of sports and is a season ticket holder for his local team, Royston Town.
When not watching sport, Sam likes to travel, and gets a real buzz visiting new places.
