Support & QA Technician
Mark supports our clients with day-to-day website queries and content updates. Working closely with the technical and project management teams, Mark is also responsible for ensuring our new website projects pass our strict quality assurance standards before they are launched.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys playing unusual bot-lane combinations in League of Legends and trying out obscure TTRPGs. Mark is also an avid reader and is eagerly awaiting the next book in the Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson.
